John McCain's House for Sale

I do not see why he would decide to auction off his mansion at a time like this due to the fact that the housing market is in a down time and that we as a country are in a financial crisis like one we have not seen in forever. I also think John McCain probably has less to do with it then we think I am guessing that it was his wife's idea and she is the one in charge of the decision to sell it considering John McCain has other things to worry about like his campaign for presidency. I found out that John McCain and Cindy McCain recently moved into a luxury condominium so that might be another reason they are opting to auction their mansion or maybe they think they will be moving into the White House soon enough or it could be the fact that they have plenty of other houses that they own.
