Farewell to Edward M. Kennedy, surely one of the great figures in the history of the Senate and in the political history of the last half century. Now, is someone going to step up and plead, cajole, and twist congressional arms to pass a "memorial" health care bill like Lyndon Johnson did with JFK's Civil Rights Act?
