Norse Mythology

Due to the success of the Marvel movies Thor and Avengers, there has been a recent rise in interest in the Norse gods Thor and Loki. But what about all the other gods, goddess, supernatural creatures, and myths that come from the Norse culture?

http://norse-mythology.org/ is a blog containing basic information on many aspects of that culture including:

• Gods and goddesses
• Other creatures (giants, elves, land spirits, etc.)
• Tales
• The Creation of the Cosmos
• Ragnarok

Just to name a few things. 

One of the things I like about this blog is that at the end of each post he has a list of references, which comes in handy if you want to do a little more research of your own.
